Free shipping on all orders over $30
Purchases made with Purple Crank Sports may be returned new or unopened within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Purple Crank Sports will pay for return shipping if the return is a result of an error made by Purple Crank Sports. An example would be receiving an incorrect or defective item, etc.
Full refund will be paid within 3-4 weeks of the package being returned to Purple Crank Sports. This time period allows ample transit time to receive the return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes process the return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please contact us with the order number and details about the product being returned. Purple Crank Sports will respond quickly with instructions on how to return any purchased items from the order.
Purple Crank Sports will try to serve any and all customers by providing a variety of shipping methods for affordability. Purple Crank Sports will ship to P.O. Boxes domestically but we are not currently set up to ship internationally. When placing an order, Purple Crank Sports will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you select. Depending on the shipping provider selected, all shipping dates will be estimated.
