What are your minimum order requirements?
With Purple Crank, there are NO minimums. Cycling kits do require a minimum, contact us for more information if you are interested in cycling kits.
Can I customize the colors?
Yes, if you are interested in customizing the colors of a cycling jersey or kit, please contact us via email for more information.

Can I ship to a PO or APO Box?
Shipping to a P.O. Box is available via USPS service through us. Please enter a residential address for your delivery.
How long will it take to receive my order?
In stock items will ship within 2 days. If ordering a pre-order item those items will ship after the pre-order period ends. If you are interested in customized cycling kits you will need to contact us for an estimated production time and shipping details. We cannot guarantee delivery on Federal holidays or weekends.
I received my order but there was a mistake?
We take extra special measures at all phases of the production and delivery process to ensure accuracy of your order. However, mistakes can happen and we’ll do our best to make everything right as fast as possible. If you discover an error, please contact Purple Crank immediately and we will make it right.
Does Purple Crank Sports Ship Internationally?
At this time we are not set up to ship internationally but we are currently working to secure international shipping prices. Once we are set up to ship internationally, we will announce these shipping services.
